Inclusive Care

Join us in Empowering children through love and support every day, especially the disabled kids to enable them achieve their goals.

Still in a rented site, the orphanage finds it very difficult and challenging affording the rents. This has resulted to the kids being thrown out of a site by the landlord and they were forced to stay in an uncompleted building which resulted to the death of three children.

Getting a permanent space for these children will help in removing them from the dangers that threatens them such as trafficking's, rapes, assassination's etc. The nature of the site has also caused poor health conditions on these children as they are forced to sleeping on the floor hence causing health challenges such as common cold, rashes, pneumonia and more.

Divine Touch Orphanage Home therefore calls to be assisted in creating a safe, nurturing and supportive environment for these orphans and disabled children entrusted to their care.

Future Opportunities

Being an inclusive orphanage, we looked forward in constructing a good, suitable and accessible inclusive learning spaces for both primary and secondary education as well as constructing a suitable vocational training center for those with disabilities who are unable to sit in class and study.

Community Engagement

We want your physical and moral input in Involving families and communities in the children's development journey.

With multiple challenges of a single person taking care of these children and the increasing rate of kidnapping of children for organ trafficking, the orphanage is in need of qualified, loving and compassionate staffs, including special need caregivers, teachers, a cook, a security guard, a gardener, vocational instructors, cleaners and nannies.

we encourage the community to see the orphanage as their own and the children as belonging to the community. So they should volunteer their time and skills in helping take care of the kids and nurture them to grow up and add their own quota to the society.

Health Support

Our special needs children are constantly in need of medical care.

Due to the unstable nature of these children especially those with disabilities, the orphanage is really in need of a health center. With this available, the children will be properly handled and follow up health wise.

An inhouse health center with nurses and a doctor on call will help the health conditions of kids and help in racing and treating health problems before they get worse. The well being of the children is our priority.

It is a long term vision of the founder to acquire a good and suitable land of a least 5 hectares for the orphanage. This will include the construction of a good, big and suitable orphanage, the school both primary and secondary, a vocational training center, a healthcare center, a chapel, a kitchen, storage houses, toilets, gaming courts (football, handball, volleyball etc.), piggeries, poultries, fishponds, etc. Not forgetting a vast area for farming, planting of fruits such as mangoes trees, pear trees, plum trees, guava trees, orange trees, paw-paw trees, pineapples, watermelon, cucumber, spices and more.

we believe that eating what you cultivate is more preferable, nutritional and less costly than buying, the orphanage is looking forward in getting vast, suitable and accessible lands for the cultivation of crops and the rearing of livestock like pigs, goats, domestic birds, cows, sheep and also fish farming.
